Summary
The project involved the marketing automation platform migration for near 20 operating companies located in North America and EMEA.
With each operating company had its own requirements and platform using. We consolidated the as-is process from each company and suggested a single platform solution allowing cross-selling across the operating companies and drive for more opportunities.
In this project, I led the team setting up Adobe Marketo as the single platform. In order to comply with GDPR and CASL, relevant campaigns and landing page were created.
Due to the hard deadline of existing platforms subscription ending, we kept reacting to project risks and prompt decisions were facilitated. Finally, the team successfully roll-out the new Marketo solution on time.
