Dah Chong Hong Repair Order Management

This is an internal enterprise application under digital transformation programme, aiming to facilitate the operation process for warehouse and technician on daily repairing orders transitioning from printed papers to digital devices. The most challenging was the product adoption, which include the design of solution and standard operating procedure for the technicians who may not be familiar with digital devices. I am responsible to ask the right questions at requirement study for the as-is operation flow and design an intuitive application.
