This is an internal enterprise application project on digital transformation, aiming to facilitate the operation process for warehouse and technician on daily repairing orders transitioning from printed papers to digital devices. The most challenging was to design a solution and process for the technicians who may not be familiar with digital devices, we have to guide the technician to let us know the as-is operation flow and design an intuitive application.
