Summary
Chow Sang Sang looked to enhance its omni-channel strategy by integrating digital technology more deeply into the store experience. The project involved the partnership with Intel and allowed a virtual fitting of necklace under digital way.
I was the project manager to make sure the Kiosks (Magic Mirror and Charme Table) ready at the pre-defined launch day. Since there were press and media coverage together with the store opening, it was important to manage the milestones and react to the status by reallocating the tasks.
