Summary
This is a CRM programme across over 40 brands under Maxim’s Group. Members would be able to earn points when they spend at the stores. The mobile app also provides coupons and stamp cards as marketing tools.
I was the Project Manager focusing the official launch in mid 2020. The most challenging was to arrange the UAT and post-launch support for over 500 stores. It required a pre-defined issue reporting system and clear role identification.
