Summary
I was the project manager at the startup, responsible for the controller application and the SoC (system on chip) hardware. For a continuous product development, I decided to introduce Agile Scrum to the team, while I was the scrum master and product owner as the same time given the limited resource at the startup company. We successfully delivered the prototype of the first dual screen controller in the industry, and started mass production afterwards.
Being the Head of IT, I was also the project manager to deliver the website introducing the features of the drone.
