Summary
I was one of the leads under the yuu Rewards Club program, responsible for implementing the reward program when customers spending at the stores from more than 40 brands under Maxim’s Group. The most challenging was the rewards calculation considering the purchasing scenarios and various systems that were in use across brands, resulting in complex test cases before launch.
To make it effective in communication, I gathered all the system owners in making a mutual agreed decision on the integrated solutions. And, due to the involvement of multiple brands’ marketing teams, I separately conducted workshops with the management from each operating companies, securing the buy-in from all the brands included.
I am proud that the Rewards program has now recruited 4 million users and is well adopted by the residents in the the city!
